These terms apply when you use BestTransPorn at besttransporn.com. "We" and "us" means the person who runs it, a sole proprietor based in Ontario, Canada. By using the site you agree to them.
Who may use this site
BestTransPorn is for adults only. You may use it only if you are at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and it is legal for you to view sexually explicit material there. If that is not you, leave now.
Some places require adult sites to check every visitor's age with an independent check. In those places BestTransPorn is either not available or shown without any images or video players.
What this site is and is not
BestTransPorn is a directory of links. We host no videos and store no images. Each listing shows a thumbnail, title, length and rating supplied by the site that hosts the video, and links to the video's page there. For a few videos that the hosting site's feed or export file does not carry, the title, the thumbnail's address and the length may have been entered by the site's owner from that page instead. Videos from Pornhub and XVideos can also be played here in a pop-up. The player in it is that site's own, loaded from that site when you choose to load it. We do not host or copy the video, and we do not alter it.
The videos, and everything else on the sites we link to, are third-party content. We do not control those sites, and a listing is not an endorsement of the site or the video. The site that hosts a video is responsible for it being there. The records the law requires about the people in a video are kept by its producer; a site's records statement, linked from our 2257 page where we list one, explains that site's position and, in most cases, says where to ask for them.
Watching a video
Videos from Pornhub and XVideos can open in a pop-up on this page and play there in that site's own player. The player loads when you press Play, or right away for a site where you chose that. Every other video, and the "Open on" link in the pop-up, takes you to the video's page on the other site, in a new tab. Either way the video, the player and anything shown in it, ads and suggested videos included, come from that site under its own terms and privacy policy. Ours do not apply to them.
Some links are affiliate or paid links: the other site may pay us when a visitor we sent signs up or visits. That does not make us part of anything you agree to with that site.
Acceptable use
You may browse, search and share links to our pages. Search engines may index the site as our robots.txt allows. You may not:
- copy our pages or data with scrapers, bots or other automated tools;
- try to overload, break into or otherwise disrupt the site;
- use the report form to harass anyone, or send reports you know are false.
If you do, we may block you.
Our content and other people's
The BestTransPorn name, logo and design, and the text we write, such as category names and these pages, belong to us. Do not use them in a way that suggests you are us or that we endorse you.
Thumbnails, video titles, performer names and the videos themselves belong to their owners. Thumbnails load in your browser straight from the source site's servers; we do not copy, store or edit them. Titles are shown as the source supplied them, or for a video entered by hand, as the owner entered them. We tidy spacing, punctuation, broken characters and capital letters, and shorten titles over 140 characters, but we do not reword them.
Reporting and removal
If a listing should not be here, use the flag on its card or the report form. Copyright owners can also send a formal notice as described on the DMCA and copyright page.
A report sent from the flag on a video takes that link down the moment you send it, before anyone reviews it, when it says that someone in the video is or looks under 18, that it was filmed or shared without consent, that you are in it and want it removed, or that it shows something else illegal. Those takedowns are reviewed afterwards. To stop abuse there is a daily limit on immediate take-downs, per connection and for the whole site; past it the report is kept and a person acts on it within two working days. Every other report is reviewed by a person within two working days.
A removed link goes on a list that every update checks, so a feed cannot bring it back. From then on our pages do not open the video or load its player. We hold no copy of any video: to have the video file itself removed, contact the site that hosts it as well.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is and as available. Listings come from other sites' feeds (a few may be entered by hand) and can be wrong, out of date or broken. We do not promise that the site, any link or any player will work, or that any title, rating, category or other detail is accurate.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything on a site you reach through our links or shown in another site's player, for anything in the videos, or for any loss that comes from using BestTransPorn or relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you use the site after a change, the new terms apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them or about the site will be decided by the courts of Ontario, unless the law where you live gives you a right to use your own courts that cannot be taken away.
