What we do

BestTransPorn is a directory of links. Each listing is a thumbnail, a title, a length and, where the site publishes them, a rating and view count, taken from the official feed, API or export file of the site where the video is hosted, with a link to the video's page on that site. For a small number of videos that a site's feed or export file does not carry, the site's owner may enter the title, the thumbnail's address and the length by hand from the video's page on that site instead; no program reads or copies anything from that page. For Pornhub and XVideos, a visitor who chooses to can also watch the video on our page, in the player that site publishes for other websites to use. The player and the video load from that site's servers. We do not host, copy or store either, and we do not alter the video.

We do not film, commission, host or upload any video. We do not hire, choose, manage or arrange for any performer. We do not change any video or thumbnail. Your browser loads each thumbnail straight from the source site's servers, as that site serves it; we do not copy, store or edit it. The page fits each thumbnail into a frame of fixed shape, which can hide the edges of a picture of a different shape.

Titles are shown as the source supplied them (or, for a video entered by hand, as entered by the owner), with these changes only: we remove stray code and fix broken characters, remove extra spaces, shorten runs of repeated punctuation, remove punctuation left at the start or end, change titles typed all in capitals so that only the first letter of each word is a capital, capitalize the first letter, and cut titles longer than 140 characters. We do not reword them.

We leave out videos our content policy does not allow, and sort the rest into categories and orders based on what their sites publish about them, such as titles, tags, ratings and views, and on what visitors here click; in some lists the sites also take turns. On the front page, a few links picked by hand may be shown in a section called "Editor's picks".

Not a producer

The operator of BestTransPorn is not a producer, primary or secondary, of any visual depiction shown on or linked from this site, within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. 2257(h)(2) and 28 C.F.R. 75.1(c). See the exclusions in 18 U.S.C. 2257(h)(2)(B) for distribution (clause ii), for activity that does not involve hiring, contracting for, managing or otherwise arranging for the participation of the performers (clause iii), and for providing an Internet information location tool as defined in 47 U.S.C. 231 (clause iv), and the matching exclusions in 28 C.F.R. 75.1(c)(4).

Where the records are

The records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. part 75 are kept by the producers of each video. The table lists every site we link to. Videos from aShemaleTube are shown only in the countries that site's partner programme takes visitors from. Where a site's own 2257 statement is linked (or, for a site that is not shown where you are, its address is given), it sets out that site's position on those records and, in most cases, where requests should go. Where none is linked, see that site's own legal pages.

Report a listing

If a listing may show someone under 18, was filmed or shared without consent, shows you, or shows anything else illegal, press the flag on it. That opens the report form for that video. Choose one of those reasons and the link comes down immediately, before anyone reviews it, and from then on our pages do not load the video's player. Everything else, including reports sent by email, is reviewed within two working days.

We hold no copy of any video. To have the video itself removed, report it to the site that hosts it as well. If a child may be in danger, contact the police, and report it to Cybertip.ca in Canada or the NCMEC CyberTipline in the United States.
